Are systems designed to operate 24 hours day?

Yes Systems are designed to run continuously 24/7.
Can the oxygen purity be changed?

Yes by slightly closing the flow/purity control valve will increase the purity, and a corresponding adjustment in reduced flow will occur. The opposite will occur if the purity is decreased by slightly opening the valve.
Do I need a dryer to operate the Nitrogen System?

Unlike our competitors our systems do Not require a dryer. Our superior filtration system keeps the Infeed Air dewpoit within specification. Our larger systems have a heater to heat the Air before the membranes keeping any oil vapour in vapour state to pass with the waste gas.
Can systems be remote monitored?

Yes we incorporate a Starlink satellite system to monitor and make any adjustments as required.
Does the system come with all the interconnecting parts between skids?

Yes we supply all the interconnecting hoses using the Minsup quick connect method.
Does the Mobile system need a concrete pad?

Our Mobile systems can be placed anywhere as long as the ground is a reasonably stable flat surface. They are mounted inside sea containers. It is advisable to elevate the containers slightly off the ground to help protect them.
Do the Electric Compressors need a concrete pad?

Yes, it is highly recommended to place the electric compressors on a concrete pad. The membrane system and filtration system can be placed on a flat hard ground.
Does the system require a roof cover?

No, the systems are designed to be placed outdoors. The membrane system is fitted into a 20ft sea container. For its protection and ease of transport.
